Overview
Due to the immediate delivery nature of digital products (courses delivered via email upon purchase), all sales are considered final once the email delivery process has been initiated or completed. Please carefully review your selection before completing your purchase.
Cancellation Rights
- Japan Residents: If you are purchasing from Japan, you may cancel your purchase within 8 days of placing your order only if the digital content has not yet been downloaded or accessed. Once access has been initiated or the content has been downloaded, the cancellation right is waived.
- United States Residents: For purchases made from the United States, cancellation rights are waived immediately upon completion of the transaction due to the digital delivery format.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:
- Technical Failure: If there is a verifiable technical failure on our end that prevents you from accessing the purchased course content.
- Product Defect: If the course materials contain significant errors or are materially different from what was advertised.
- Cooling-off Period (Japan Only): If you are in Japan and cancel within the statutory cooling-off period without accessing the content.

To request a refund under the above conditions, please contact support within 14 days of purchase with your order details and a detailed explanation of the issue.
